To keep your menstrual cup in perfect condition and for my years, it is important to meet the following advices:
- For sterilizing your Naturcup, cover it completely with water and boil it for a maximum 5 minute time.
- For clearing it, do not use abrasive products or disinfectants such as the tea tree oil. Although after some time it can be faded this does not affect its performance.
- For inserting it in the vagina, do not use oil-based lubricants.
- Do not keep it in plastic bags or airtight containers.
- When travelling, use drinking water to wash it.
