What is covered by this guarantee?
If after having tried it during 6 cycles you are not adapted. If leaks occur with size I which is the proper one for you age and personal situation.
In the above two cases you are invited to call us before the guarantee period is over so that we shall try to solve any problem.
What is not covered by the guarantee?
Any damages caused to the cup because of a no proper care.
For example:
· To boil the cup for more than 5 minutes.
· Do not keep the cup out of reach of animals.
Losses due to having purchased a size being smaller than the one you need because of your age and personal situation.
For example:
· To buy a size 0 even if you have frequent sexual intercourse even being below 18.
· To buy size I when you are aged over 30.
· To buy size I if you have had children by a vaginal birth.
